STRAIGHT FROM BRITAIN.

Justin was born in Aberdeen, Scotland , from a military family. His father's postings took him to many locations in Europe during his formative years. After a private education, Justin commenced his career within the British civil service. In 1994 Justin's father was posted to the second highest rank with the British Army in Hong Kong . Justin joined his family in this most exotic location and at the same time joined The MadDogs International Group.

Over the coming years, Justin was to work his way up diligently through the ranks. He had worked in almost every position and outlet in the group, when he was finally promoted to a corporate role within the pub & restaurant group. He has specialized the groups training and systems development departments. In 1999 he became a director and in 2003 took on the position of Group Operations Director, overseeing all the Hong Kong operations and actively involved in the groups developmental ambitions in North America.

Over the years Terry and Justin have developed a professional 'family' of key professionals around them. They have a proven track record of excellence and they are very exited about the groups development planned for the US.
