Terry was born in the British university city of Cambridge . He has spent over 10 years in first class international hotels spanning the UK , U.A.E and Australia 's Great Barrier Reef . His resume speaks of world class properties such as The Al Burg Arab, The Jumeriah Beach Hotel (both in Dubai ) and The Royal Hayman Resort on the coral reef island.

Terry has extensive restaurant, club and bar management experience. He has worked as a regional director for the British brewery & leisure company, Whitbreads. He has owned his own theatre restaurant has operated some of the UK 's most glamorous nightspots. He is a member of Hotel & Catering Institute for Management Association, has been recognized by the International Tourism Board of Bahrain, for nations top leisure operation and has worked with celebrities, rock stars and models from literally, around the globe.

Coming from a specialized F&B background, Terry has supplemented this with high end experience in entertainment, marketing and brand development. Terry is excited to lead The MadDogs International Group into the next generation of growth and business development from it's base in Texas.
