SAN ANTONIO CLUBHOUSE
We have been involved with The San Antonio Clubhouse for nearly 10 years.
The clubhouse is first and foremost a local community center that offers people who have mental illness hope and opportunities to achieve their full potential. much more than simply a program or a social service, a clubhouse is most importantly a community of people who are working together to achieve a common goal.
We have proudly participated in board membership, fund raising, transitional employment and more.
SAN ANTONIO RIVER WALK ASSOCIATION
Mad Dogs has been a leading participating member of SARWA for many years now. Our groups involvement in River Walk activities and parades have been an ongoing highlight of our two organizations working relationship.
FEEDING THE HOMELESS
For many years we have been preparing sandwiches for the hungry and homeless in San Antonio. More recently we have expanded our outreach to include delivering lunch packages of sandwiches, crackers, cookies and water to our downtown homeless community. Our team members volunteer weekly in assisting with this.
KAIROS PRISON MINISTRY
For around 8 years now, MDG has been committed to this amazing ministry. Every 6 months groups of volunteers go into a state prison and feed and nurture the inmates on a better way of life. Encouraging inmates to enrich the incarcerated community by caring for their neighbors and breaking down the barriers created by violence, gangs and prejudice.

STAFF INCENTIVE TRIPS
The Mad Dogs Group works hard to create a fun and rewarding environment for its team members. Each outlet works with vendors and owners to create an ongoing assortment of fun incentives. Qualification for these incentives is open to all our front of house staff. These rewards are given based on achieving specific sales targets of particular products or services. In the past we had not always have had these types of “rewards” available to back of house staff, but we are currently working on a process to include these team members.
